A few days ago Yahoo ran this feature on a very rich Singaporean bought a cool S$3 million Bugatti Veyron Gran Sport Vitesse Special edition and the car CANNOT be driven on Singapore roads.
What's more ridiculous is that as the edition is painted black with a yellow roof, it does look like a yellow-top taxi.
